Meet Your Host
Your Wild Abundance is an invitation to step away from the everyday and make space for rest, connection, discovery, and a little unexpected fun. Created by Carla Knight of Highlight Adventures, this intimate Oregon Coast retreat brings her philosophy of intentional travel to life through time in nature, genuine connection, and room to simply be.
Carla Knight creator of Highlight Adventures, believes some of life’s most meaningful moments happen when we give ourselves permission to step away from the everyday, experience something new, and truly connect with the people around us and, most of all, with ourselves.
A lifelong organizer, connector, real estate agent, caregiver, and enthusiastic traveler, Carla understands how easy it is to become consumed by work, family, responsibilities, and caring for others. Travel and retreats have given her opportunities to pause, explore, laugh, reflect, and return home with a renewed perspective, and she created Highlight Adventures to offer those same opportunities to others.
Carla brings people together through thoughtfully planned experiences that balance intention with possibility. From conversation and collaboration to adventure, relaxation, and unexpected fun, she believes the best experiences have a plan while still leaving room for the magic to happen.
Through Highlight Adventures, Carla creates retreats, gatherings, and travel experiences designed for connection, discovery, renewal, celebration, and joy. Her philosophy is simple:
Life is meant to be experienced, not just scheduled.
Rest.
Reconnect.
Return to Yourself.
Step away from the rhythm of everyday life and settle into the wild beauty of the Oregon Coast, where forested bluffs meet the ocean and nature creates space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect.
Your Wild Abundance is an intimate retreat created for rest, genuine connection, discovery, and joy. With thoughtful experiences and room for the unexpected, you’re invited to honor where you are, enjoy the people and beauty around you, and return home feeling grounded, renewed, and more connected to yourself.
