Karen is a best-selling author, therapist, and transformational coach with over 25 years of experience helping women heal and thrive. As the founder of Heal Thrive Dream, she empowers women to rise above trauma and create lives they love. Her retreats are a safe space for healing, growth, and transformation.
Stephanie Flanders-Martin with nine years in wellness after a 32-year restaurant career, co-owns Tree of Life Yoga Studio, specializing in Myofascia/Yoga Blended, Restorative, and Vinyasa Flow classes. A 500-hour certified Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist, she’s advancing toward her 1000-hour certification with extensive training in trauma-informed practices and myofascial release. Alongside her husband, she also co-owns TEAM Referral Network Franchises, combining wellness expertise with professional networking.

Dates: February 1-8, 2027
Optional Extension: We will offer a pre-cruise tour in Cambodia of the Ankor Wat and other temples in the area, January 28 – February 1, 2027-$800. When registering, please let us know if you will be attending the extension trip. (Rooms, tours, park entry and guides are included. Tour Guide tips are extra and about $20/day)
